🎄Elf the Musical A Review- Blogmas Day 23🎄

Happy December!!

I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend.. today’s post is a going to be a review of ELF the Musical. I had the joy of seeing one of my favourite films of all time being turned into a musical. My dad bought tickets as part of my Christmas present and I had the most amazing time and I decided that it deserved a small review.

What is it?

Based on the beloved hit film starring Will Ferrell, Elf is the hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy’s enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

The cast was amazing, I cannot explain how amazing the cast was in the show. They made the whole audience feel welcome and part of the show! I love that they kept everything really interactive. You could feel the chemistry flowing on stage! They all worked extremely well together and it made it easier for the audience to feel like they were a part of the show!

Elf the musical is one of the most magical shows I have ever seen. It posts you in such a festive mood and it made me feel like a kid all over again. It filled my heart with so much warmth and affection. From the fact they made it snow or to the fact Santas sleigh flew around the audience I was obsessed! They changed the story up a bit to fit the stage show but I loved how well it still worked! It was some serious Christmas fun for all the family.

Have you seen Elf the Musical? What did you think!

Love Always,

Gee xo
